MLB 12: The Show Opening Weekend Roster Update Brings No New Players

The first roster update to follow the opening of the season for MLB 12: The Show has arrived and brings with it 178 total player movements. However somewhat surprisingly the update did not deliver any of the players who appeared in their first MLB games which made them eligible to be added. The most notable name of those still absent is Oakland A’s outfielder Yoenis Cespedes who already has 3 home runs and 7 RBIs in the first 4 games. Yu Darvish has his debut tonight meaning he can be added in the next update.
