Picks 21-32 (updated 2/5: complete)Â are to be determined based on the results of the NFL Playoffs. The Panthers and Dolphins will have their placement (picks 8 and 9) settled with a coin toss as will the Seahawks and Chiefs (picks 11 and 12). The coin toss procedure generally takes place at the NFL Combine in February.
