Second Trailer for Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance

A brand new trailer has arrived for the upcoming Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. Nicolas Cage returns to the lead role of Johnny Blaze and this time actually plays not just the character but also alter-ego Ghost Rider (rather than a stuntman which did so in the first). The film also stars Idris Elba and Ciaran Hinds. Most excitingly the directing duo of Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor (Crank) takes over for a legit R-rated edge with high-intensity action. Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is slated to release on February 17th 2012.

Former stuntman and bounty hunter of rogue demons Johnny Blaze has been living in self-imposed exile, believing that his powers are a curse. But when he is approached by a member of a monastic order who is looking for someone to protect a mother and her son, who are being pursued by the devil in the figure of a man named Roarke, the Ghost Rider takes the case.
