First Look at WWE 12 Gameplay

It was just yesterday that the reboot of the WWE series was announced and already some gameplay footage has made its way out. More akin to a highlight reel featuring cover athlete Randy Orton rather than uninterrupted gameplay there is reason to be encouraged by the footage largely due to the possible influence from the well received WWE All-Stars – quickening the pace while adding more drama and excitement to the presentation. Despite that though veterans of the series may find it all too familiar still.

WWE 12 is expected to be featured at E3 next week even as the game still has over five months until reaching its release. THQ is in a position where they really have to prove the advancement is there so it’s a big opportunity to do just that and build some early buzz.
