Warner Brothers has released another trailer for The Hangover Part II, this time a full theatrical version following the teaser that arrived in February. The sequel to the 2009 smash hit finds the gang in Bangkok for Stu’s wedding and is slated to release on May 26th. While it looks to be quite funny the decision to go with almost the exact same premise for a sequel just in a different setting is a questionable one.
In “The Hangover Part II,” Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms), Alan (Zach Galifianakis) and Doug (Justin Bartha) travel to exotic Thailand for Stu’s wedding. After the unforgettable bachelor party in Las Vegas, Stu is taking no chances and has opted for a safe, subdued pre-wedding brunch. However, things don’t always go as planned. What happens in Vegas may stay in Vegas, but what happens in Bangkok can’t even be imagined.
