Fox Announces Mid-Season Schedule

Fox has revealed their mid-season lineup of programming which starts being instituted in mid-January. The return of American Idol and the premiere of The Chicago Code headline the new shows coming in.

Fringe will move to Friday nights which is not a good sign for its hopes of being renewed. Hopefully the fan base will follow it there, plus it has always been one of the strongest shows in DVR numbers so the move may not hurt the ratings too much. Still it is unfortunate that the prospects for renewal of what might be the best show on TV are dimming.
