Secret Teams in NBA Jam

Though the political teams in NBA Jam were unveiled it was the way to unlock them, as well as other secret teams, that was not immediately evident. Yesterday I posted the unlock code for the SportsNation team but there are several more that have already been discovered for the Wii version of the game. Kotaku has pictures that include the ratings to check out in addition to the info on how to use the teams which follows.

Democrat team of Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Bill and Hillary Clinton, and Al Gore
At start screen hit left 13 times and then plus button

Republican team of George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, John McCain, and Sarah Palin
