’30 Days of Night: Dark Days’ Trailer

Last October we reported some details on the upcoming 30 Days of Night: Dark Days. The film is a sequel to 2007’s vampire film 30 Days of Night. The film would feature a new cast, and it would also be released straight to DVD. The first trailer has been released for the film and gives an idea of what direction the story is headed. From what I can tell the story is completely different. Rather than the main characters trying to survive and being hunted by vampires, they are now the hunters. It reminded me a little of the Blade films. I’m really not sure I like the direction this film is headed. I liked the idea of people being the victims and trying to survive. Amazon.com currently has a release date of October 5, 2010.
