- The lineup for E3 is taking shape and both EA Sports and 2K Sports have named the games that will be on hand. EA will have NCAA Football 09, Madden 09, Tiger Woods 09, Facebreaker, and NBA Live 09 on display. 2K will be bringing NBA 2K9 and NHL 2K9. E3 runs from the 15th-17th, but the big feature news will be coming out of EA’s press conference on the Monday the 14th.
- More on Facebreaker has recently made its way out. Gamespot has a hands-on preview as does IGN with a pre-E3 preview (including video) and there is a producer video blog on the game’s official site. Finalized box art has been released and the 360 marketplace has received themes and gamerpics.
- In Pastapadre Online Dynasty news, a poll for voting on which week one game will be deemed the Game of the Week will be coming this weekend. There are some good ones to choose from. The GOTW will be have its own independent recap outside of the regular full dynasty recap. A dedicated forum for the dynasty is now open and will be the way you can keep up with the latest between the “weekly” updates.
- The news of the Sonics leaving was devastating. I have to move on though and have the poll below to take suggestions on what team I should root for from now on. I’ve narrowed my consideration down to just the five teams listed.
